NAIOP is dedicated to providing a positive and harassment-free event experience. Harassment of event participants through the conference platform or any other channel is prohibited and may result in removal from the event. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations of full conference registrants received after Tuesday, February 14, 2023, will be charged a fee of $100 per attendee. You may send a substitute in your place without a penalty. Nonmembers substituting for a member will pay the fee difference. Cancellations received after Tuesday, February 28, 2023, will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Special events (tours) are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices should be sent to education@naiop.org.
